Hyspan Barco Type
N Ball Joints are
designed for minimum
weight and compact
size. These ball
joints are available
in carbon steel,
with stainless and
alloy steels available
on special order.
They provide 15
degree angular flex
and 360 degree rotation.
Sizes are 2-21/2"
(65mm) to 48" (1,200
mm).
Mineral-filled 11N
seals are standard
with pressure rating
to 1200psig (83
bar) and 525F (2374C).
The spherical surface
of all carbon steel
balls is protected
with crack-free
chrome plating coated
molybdenum disulfide.
Design conforms
to ASTM specification
F- 1298
Hydraulic
ratings Recommended
for non-shock service
(water), non-flammable
fluids and oil with
temperatures to
+200 degrees F (93
degrees C).
